Notes: This is one of the Trust’s most important statutory and professional leadership roles. As the Trust’s most senior social worker, you will provide strategic leadership for social work and social care across the organisation, while also leading the Children and Young People’s Division. The role is central to upholding the rights, safety and wellbeing of children, young people, families and vulnerable adults, and to ensuring that services are safe, effective, inclusive and responsive to those who need them most. We are seeking an exceptional leader who can combine professional credibility with compassion, resilience and strategic influence. You will be committed to rightsbased, trauma-informed and inclusive practice, and able to lead confidently through complexity and change. You will foster a culture of openness, learning, accountability and improvement, ensuring that staff feel supported and empowered to provide high-quality care and support.
