Notes: The Executive Director of Finance and Infrastructure is a key member of the Trust Board and Executive Team, providing strategic financial leadership and expert advice to support the Chief Executive in their responsibilities as Accountable Officer. The postholder is responsible for the Trust’s financial health and sustainability, including the development and delivery of long-term financial strategies for an organisation with an annual turnover exceeding £1.2 billion. The role leads the planning and delivery of the Trust’s financial, infrastructure, capital investment and procurement strategies, ensuring resources are used effectively to support safe, sustainable and person-centred services. The postholder will also contribute to regional financial strategy, transformation, productivity and system performance across HSCNI.
