Notes: The Executive Director of Nursing, Corporate Support and Paediatric Services is the Trust’s most senior nursing and midwifery professional and a full voting member of the Trust Board. The postholder provides executive leadership and accountability for the quality, safety and experience of care, ensuring the delivery of safe, effective, compassionate and person-centred services across all settings. The role holds executive responsibility for professional nursing, midwifery and Allied Health Professions (AHPs) clinical and professional governance, paediatric services, infection prevention and control, patient experience, and corporate support services. Through strong system leadership and partnership working, the postholder ensures that quality and safety are embedded at the heart of service delivery, transformation and integration, while discharging statutory duties and upholding public confidence.
