Notes: This replacement post will join the Medical team at Lagan Valley Hospital as the seventh Physician. The post holder will facilitate the provision of specialist Comprehensive Geriatric Assessment for frail elderly patients admitted to the Lagan Valley Hospital and provide general medical cover as part of a 1 in 7 rota for general medical / geriatric medicine patients admitted to the Lagan Valley Hospital site.
