Are you interested in a rewarding career with Belfast Health and Social Care Trust, helping to care for and support adults with a learning disability?
If so, we are now recruiting for Band 3 and Band 5 Residential and Supported Living Support Workers to join our teams based in Antrim – Cherry Hill and Greystone.
In both roles, you will work as part of a team that provides care and supports adults with a Learning Disability, in the area of accommodation and social care.
Working with people with a learning disability is one of the most rewarding jobs you can do, but getting to know them can take time, patience and a high level of empathy – which are key characteristics for anyone applying.
In keeping with the changing needs of service users, you will be required to work appropriate shift patterns, which include weekend working, sleep-in duties and waking night duties.
To support you in delivering appropriate person-centred care, you will receive both an induction and ongoing training to encourage skill development.
