Notes: Southern Trust currently have two permanent vacancies and one temporary vacancy available immediately in our Community Diabetes Nurse Team. Post 1. Band 6 Community Diabetes Nurse 37.5 hours per week Base: Lurgan Hospital Permanent. Post 2. Band 6 Community Diabetes Nurse 27 hours per week Base: South Tyrone Hospital Permanent. Post 3. Band 6 Community Diabetes Nurse 37.5 hours per week Base: Lurgan Hospital Temporary for 1 year. Please view the attached list of vacancies to find out more. A waiting list may be complied for any similar full time/part time permanent and temporary vacancies that arise in the Community Diabetes Nurse Team within the next 12 months. .
