Notes: This Locum Consultant post is available immediately for 12 months in the first instance, to facilitate development of Frailty services on the Ulster Hospital site. It will focus on providing assessment of older adults living with Frailty who present to ED (as part of a Frailty Intervention Team). Depending on the sub-speciality interests of the successful candidate, there will be opportunities to work with Hospital @ Home, Ortho-geriatrics, Acute Medicine or to provide leadership to develop and implement the South Eastern Health and Social Care Trust (SEHSCT) Frailty strategy.
