Notes: This Specialist post will have a focus on delivering direct clinical care, meeting service delivery and improvement requirements. This will substantially involve assessment and treatment of patients admitted onto Hospital at Home. The role will be supported by suitable development opportunities, including management and leadership roles in teaching and service development. The details of the balance between clinical care and other elements of the role will be discussed during the job planning process.
