Band 4 Residential Social Care Worker

 In this role you will undertake allocated duties of care under the supervision of the Residential Team Leader/Deputy Team Leader/Shift Co-Ordinator. You will be responsible for maintaining the ethos of the home, which will be non-judgemental, caring and supportive, take account of the child’s family of origin and enable the children/young people to reach their full potential

Band 5 Residential Child Support Worker

In this role you will undertake allocated duties of care under the supervision of the Residential Team Leader/Deputy Team Leader/Social Worker. Band 6 Learning Disability Nurse Job

In this role you will work in partnership with a multi-disciplinary team and in collaboration with the young people and their families to provide the highest possible standard of care for the young people. You will have a continuing responsibility for the assessment, development, implementation and evaluation of plans of care for young people in the Home who have complex health needs, severe learning and/or physical disability and behaviours that challenge.

Band 7 Residential Team Leader Job

In this role you will provide residential care placements for young people with a severe learning disability and behaviours that challenge, as part of the overall network of services. You will be responsible for managing the professional and relief staff, all budgets and for liaising with appropriate Trust staff to ensure the home is maintained to an acceptable standard.
