The Hospital at Home Pharmacy Service has bases in Lurgan, Dungannon, Armagh and Newry. A waiting list will also be compiled for any similar permanent/temporary, full time and part time Hospital at Home Clinical Pharmacist vacancies that may arise in Lurgan, Dungannon, Armagh and Newry in the next 6 months.
