Notes: An opportunity has arisen to be part of a dynamic Nephrology team within the NHSCT. The post-holder will be working with the current Nephrology Multi-disciplinary team to complete a quality improvement project to improve the care of our renal transplant recipient population. We serve an expanding population of patients living with Chronic Kidney Disease, and this post provides the opportunity to primarily assist the renal specialist nurses to complete holistic reviews of all of renal recipients under the care of the NHSCT. The successful applicant will expect to have a challenging and satisfying role within a cohesive multidisciplinary team.
