About the BSO and Information Technology Services (ITS)


The Business Services Organisation is one of the Health and Social Care (HSC) Organisations established in April 2009, and contributes to the provision of Health and Social Care in Northern Ireland by leading the provision of a range of business support services to HSC bodies including Health and Social Care Board (HSCB), the Public Health Agency (PHA), HSC Trusts and a number of regional agencies.

BSO Information Technology Services (ITS) deliver world-class enterprise digital services through areas of Operations, Infrastructure & Programme Delivery across all HSC Organisations.

Our aim is to make a positive difference to the lives of HSCNI’s patients, clients, service users, staff and caregivers by co-creating and delivering innovative technology-led change programmes, projects and services.

Remuneration

HSC NI offers competitive remuneration packages with excellent Terms & Conditions of Service.

Annual Leave and Statutory/Public Holidays

The HSC offers excellent provision for annual leave and public/statutory holidays. These vary slightly depending on the staff group but generally range between 27 – 33 days of annual leave plus 10 public/statutory holidays.
