Notes: This new 7PA’s Consultant post will provide, maintain and develop rehabilitation services in Thompson House Hospital. Experience in rehabilitation is an essential pre-requisite for the post; applications from parties with rehabilitation as a sub-specialty interest, alongside training in other disciplines, are welcomed. The successful applicant will be an integral part of the Thompson House Hospital team providing rehabilitation services to the local population. The successful applicant will join a team of supportive consultants in Neurology, specialty doctors, and resident doctors to deliver high quality services to patients with neurorehabilitive needs. The post holder will be supported in identifying their training needs to further enhance and develop the services offered at Thompson House Hospital. The post holder will also link with consultant colleagues in rehabilitation medicine in Musgrave Park Hospital for CPD.
