Northern GP Federation Support Unit is seeking to recruit a Project Co-Ordinator. Reporting to the Business Support Manager, the position will be that of Project Coordinator for the Northern GP Federation Support Unit, which involves business support for four individual Federations (Antrim and Ballymena / Causeway / East Antrim and Mid Ulster). The postholder will be responsible for the coordination and delivery of a range of projects/workstreams providing expert project/business support to the four Federations. This will involve liaising closely with the Northern FSU Operations Manager, Federation Chairs and Board members, facilitating Federation meetings, providing effective business support to convert clinical plans into business cases and manage the implementation of new services/initiatives. The postholder will ensure the smooth execution of project plans by successfully delivering the desired outcomes on time and within budgetary constraints. A reserve list may be compiled for similar vacancies that may arise within the next 12 months.
