Notes: Details Not Provided The Trust wishes to replenish the Senior Nursing Assistant Band 3, Adult Community Services, covering Acute Care at Home and Integrated Care Teams waiting list – 54264932 . Delivering services to people in their own homes and/or within health centres/treatment rooms. This campaign is to fill a number of current vacancies. And a waiting list will also be compiled for future similar posts, up to 12 th June 2025. If you are only interested in joining the Nursing Assistant Bank please do not apply to this exercise. As this is a top up those applicants already on the waiting list do not need to reapply.
