Notes: This is a full time post based at the Belfast City Hospital site of the Belfast Health and Social Care Trust. The post holder will function within the Haematology Service supporting the management of patients with leukaemia and patients undergoing stem cell transplant, while working with senior clinical staff. The post holder will support the patient pathway from initial assessment through to planning, inpatient management and outpatient follow-up, providing high-quality care and continuity of service delivery. **Please ensure you print off a copy of the job description at time of application as it will not be available once the advert closes**
