Derry Federation of Family Practices (Western) ? East Belfast Federation (Eastern) The Advanced Nurse Practitioner (ANP) uses their expert knowledge and complex decision-making skills, guided by The Code, in all situations. The ANP is accountable for the total episode of care for patients with undifferentiated and undiagnosed needs shaped by the context of their clinical practice.
