Are you interested in a rewarding career in mental health?

Belfast Health and Social Care Trust are recruiting caring, compassionate and committed nurses, social workers, pharmacists, healthcare assistants and occupational therapists for a variety of roles in the Mental Health services.

Mental Health services in Belfast Health & Social Care Trust provide support to people of all ages with a range of mental illnesses. This is done through assessment, education, advice, therapeutic support and specialist interventions by highly trained staff. There are 3 strands to statutory Mental Health services in Belfast Trust:

  • Acute Mental Health Teams – for those in mental health crisis who need urgent, more intensive care.
  • Community Mental Health Teams – working alongside people in the community to facilitate recovery from a range of mental health conditions.
  • Child and Adolescent Mental Health (CAMHS) team – both acute and community services for those aged under 18

Come along to our Open Day on the Saturday 2nd September 2023 in the Acute Mental Health Inpatient Centre, Belfast City Hospital, Belfast. At this event there will be opportunity to meet the team and hear about the range of different roles and the jobs they carry out.
