About Recruitment Shared Services Centre (RSSC)
Recruitment Shared Services Centre is based in Armagh at St Lukes Hospital Site, in Rosewood Villa.
RSSC processes the recruitment to role for the entire Health and Social Care in Northern Ireland. You will play an important role as the first point of contact for candidates as they begin and elevate their career journey within the Health Service. The role you will play is pivotal and valuable to ensuring that our Health Service in NI runs smoothly and has the right people, in the right place, at the right time.
About the role(s)
You will be involved in advertising posts on the jobs.hscni.net website, advising candidates about interview arrangements, undertaking pre-employment checks and issuing job offers. You will provide an excellent customer service to candidates and recruiting managers and panel member throughout the process, utilizing your excellent communication and team working ability.
You will have the opportunity to be involved in various teams in the Recruitment Centre, including for example working in the Communications team responding to queries from managers, candidates and future employees. During the selection process you will be making job offers as well as collating reports to help understand performance and inform recruitment decisions.
What roles are we recruiting for?
There are a number of roles available which are contracted for 37.5 hours on a permanent and temporary basis below:
Recruitment Support Officer Band 2 (1 Permanent role)
Recruitment Officer Band 3 (6 Permanent roles)
Senior Recruitment Officer Band 4 (1 Permanent role)
Recruitment Team Leader Band 5 (Waiting list to be established for any upcoming vacancies within the next 12 months)
Service Delivery Manager Band 7 (1 Permanent role / 1 Fixed Term role for 12 months)
Closing date: Tuesday 7th February 2023.
Interview dates: Anticipated to take place on the week commencing 20th February 2023.
A waiting list will also be established for any future roles arising in the following 12 months. A full training package will be provided as well as in-house support. Following successful induction and training you may also apply for Hybrid Working (max of 2 days per week at home pro rata).

Hourly rates:
Band 2 starting at £10.36 - £10.90 per hour.
Band 3 starting at £11.11 - £11.85 per hour.
Band 4 starting at £12.24 - £13.44 per hour
Band 5 starting at £13.83 - £16.84 per hour
