We seek to appoint a talented Director of Finance & Operations, to join the Agency’s Senior Management Team providing strategic leadership across the organisation.

As a professionally qualified accountant, you will provide specialist advice to the Chief Executive, Board and Agency’s Management Team in the area of financial strategy, management and governance. You will lead on the Agency’s Corporate Functions including Communications / Public Relations, Strategic Transformation and Corporate Services.

The successful candidate will be an executive member of the Agency’s Board providing organisational leadership for Finance and Operations within the Public Health Agency including provision of specialist advice to the Chief Executive, Board and the Agency’s Management Team with regards financial strategy, financial management and financial governance.

In addition, the appointee will lead the PHA’s Corporate Functions including Communications and Public Relations, Strategic Transformation, Corporate Services (including business planning, estates and accommodation, health and safety, complaints and business continuity), Management of SLAs including Human Resources, Organisational Governance, Procurement and Equality.
