This is an exciting new opportunity to be part of a team to implement change within the Southern Health and Social Care Trust adult learning disability division.

The community intensive support service (known as CISS) is a newly developed specialist multi-disciplinary team which will include psychology, social work, nursing, occupational therapists, speech and language therapist, support workers and admin who will work with adults with a learning disability who present with behaviours of concern and their carers/families or services.

The CISS team will be a trust wide service and be operational from 9am-9pm Monday –Sunday including bank holidays. The team will be multi-disciplinary and full-time job opportunities are available for social work, nursing, allied health, psychology, support workers and admin support services.
