The Belfast Trust Communications Team is responsible for delivering high-quality, multi-channel communications that support patients, service users, staff and services across the organisation.
Roles are available within the following areas:
- Digital Communications (web, social media, campaigns and content)
- Media Communications (press, reputation management and public response)
- Internal Communications (staff engagement, organisational messaging and campaigns)
Across all roles, you will:
- Develop engaging and accessible content across multiple platforms
- Support the delivery of strategic communications campaigns
- Work closely with senior leaders and stakeholders across services
- Contribute to managing high-profile, complex and time-sensitive communications
- Help shape how the Trust communicates with patients, service users staff and the public
You will be working in a dynamic environment where no two days are the same – from delivering digital campaigns and creating video content, to responding to media enquiries and supporting major organisational announcements.
