Support Worker (Band 3) and Senior Support Worker (Band 5) Permanent roles

Band 3 Support Worker

Support Workers will provide essential support to senior staff in the everyday operational delivery of a supported living service in accordance with the Ethos of Supported living. They will also have the opportunity to gain their QCF Level 3 qualification in Health & Social Care in this role.

Band 5 Senior Support Worker

Senior support workers play a crucial role in assisting management with daily service delivery, ensuring high-quality care and support for service users. They are also responsible for providing supervision and appraisals to support workers. We welcome applicants from a range of professional backgrounds: Nursing, Social Work, AHP, Social Care.
