This is an extremely rewarding and strategic post within the BSO Lgeal Services team.

The Head of Performance and Governance will support the Chief Legal Adviser in providing assurances to BSO Executive Leadership team in respect of all aspects of governance and compliance, risk management and performance within Legal Services.

The postholder will have overall responsibility at both a strategic and operational level for the business support and legal payments function within Legal Services. The postholder will support the development and implementation of a new sustainable business model for legal services.
