We are now recruiting for Band 3 Residential Support Workers and Band 5 Residential Child Care Workers to join our team.
As a Band 3 Residential Support Worker, you will assist in the assessment, implementation and evaluation of the provision of care for children, with a severe learning disability and associated challenging behaviour and medical needs.
As a Band 5 Residential Child Care Worker, you will work as part of a team to provide safe, effective, person-centred and compassionate care for young people who have a learning disability and display behaviours of concern. You will contribute to the assessment and development of the children’s care plans, risk assessments and positive behaviour support plans.
