As the Performance and Improvement Manager, you will be at the forefront of service development and business growth within the Strategic Planning and Customer Engagement (SP&CE) Directorate. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Service Improvement & Growth: You will lead business performance reporting and develop services that support business growth, governance, and performance. This involves designing improvement projects, creating innovative service delivery methods, and collaborating with teams to enhance overall performance.
Performance Management: You will manage a team responsible for monitoring business performance, analysing data to drive improvements, and developing performance KPIs to ensure customer satisfaction.
Governance & Risk: Ensuring governance frameworks and risk management policies are in place for both internal and external customers is crucial. You will play a lead role in risk and governance discussions.
Customer Engagement: You will lead the customer engagement strategy, developing effective communication and service-level agreements with key stakeholders to ensure BSO delivers on its commitments.
Transformation Leadership: As part of a broader organisational review, you will support the transition to a modern operating model, leading business modernisation and service improvements.
