The Programme Communications and Engagement Lead will provide strategic communications support and work with colleagues across HSCNI to ensure that staff and key stakeholders have a clear understanding of the equip Programme’s aims and objectives aligned to critical milestones.

The equip Programme is a large and complex regional transformation programme. It has been established on behalf of HSC to procure and implement the replacement of the current Finance, Procurement, Logistics, Human Resources, Pay and Travel Management systems.
Communication and Engagement will play a vital role in supporting the delivery of the equip Programme. The Programme is now seeking to fill a position for a suitably experienced and motivated Programme Communications and Engagement Lead to provide strategic communications support and work with colleagues across HSCNI to ensure that staff and key stakeholders have a clear understanding of the equip Programme’s aims and objectives aligned to critical milestones.
The post-holder will be responsible, through the Programme Manager, for the planning and delivery of a range of initiatives and services to meet the Programme’s strategic communications needs.
