Salary: Rate per session £350 Plus £50 per session for rurality fee for locums travelling more than 15 miles to Practice Plus £50 per session for clinical lead responsibility.

Locum cover required from: 2 July 2024 – 31st October 2024 Cover required 5 days per week but urgent cover required for Monday and Friday. Practice use EMIS Clinical System and locum pack available on request. The practice has a patient list size of 4,800 patients. The practice has a multidisciplinary team consisting of administrative staff, nursing staff, practice pharmacist, Social Worker and Adult Mental Health Practitioner.
