Abbey Court Surgery is located in modern purpose-built premises at Dobbin Lane, Armagh. The site is shared with two other practices in their own premises. The practice uses the EMIS web computer system. The practice has grown steadily in the last ten years and has a list size of over 8000 patients. There are five GP partners. We are a training practice and are involved in undergraduate medical student training. We are a GMS practice with a high annual QOF achievement and we provide a wide range of enhanced services including family planning, minor surgery and joint injections. We have a dynamic team of practice-employed administrative and nursing staff and Federation employed advanced nurse practitioner and pharmacists. The package for the successful candidate will entail a contract based on the BMA model contract. We are looking for a committed GP to work 5 sessions per week with excellent clinical knowledge and a commitment to providing the highest quality primary care service to our patients.
