The postholder will provide consistent specialist advice to the BSO managers and your team. As Senior HR Manager you will have a focus on the development of an overall attraction and recruitment strategy to ensure the BSO appeals to and recruits a diverse workforce to meet the needs of the Trust at a time when there are significant workforce challenges across HSC.

The Senior HR Manager will be responsible through the Director of People and Place in the BSO for the delivery of high-level HR advice, guidance and support to the BSO and its clients. Reporting to the Assistant Director of HR the Senior HR Manager will contribute to the creation of an overall strategic approach to the delivery of HR and will provide specialist advice and guidance on HR related issues.

You will take a lead role in driving improvement of recruitment outcomes across the BSO with the support of the Human Resources Business Partners, ensuring the BSO and its client organisations meets its required obligations including targets and key performance indicators.

As the SHRM will understand the need to recruit flexibly from initial attraction until the recruitment and selection process is completed. You will educate recruiters across the BSO / Client Organisations to think differently about how the organisation attracts future employees and how best to engage with them and deliver a recruitment ‘experience’ that is better for all involved.
