Notes: This is a replacement post for a specialty doctor with an interest in acute and ambulatory care targeted towards older people to work in the Frail Elderly Rapid assessment unit and with the Enhanced Care at Home Team in the Downe Hospital. The post holder will provide acute ambulatory care to day cases, inpatients and community patients.
