Opportunity to join our Team in Crossmaglen is available all applications welcome from newly qualified and those due to qualify in the immediate future to senior practicing GPs. We welcome applications from GPs who are looking to bring experience and strategy and fresh outlooks too safely and successful meet the needs of our Patients. -Contract with many benefits including all GMS terms and conditions and further to be discussed with Dr. Fee. -An exciting Welcome Pack that will really engage a new GP into the new role and help gauge the types of structure and flexibility the Practice will use to support. -Flexible Session Times in which the PM promises to mend to suit the workload capacity that best meets the needs of the successful candidate. -No OOH commitments and flexible working patterns that can meet needs of travel, personal commitments. -Practice has a wealth of support from a Full Practice team, clerical staff, Advanced Nurse Practitioner, Nurses, Mental Health Practitioner, a friendly experienced Phlebotomist and a Clinical Pharmacist on site daily. -Member of the Newry and Mourne Southern GP Federation Support Unit - Short Weekly Reviews with PM to feedback on workflow and bookings to ensure GP and Patient Safety is always prioritised.
